CAMBER & CASPER

Camber & Casper · For owner-run businesses

Most problems give notice. So do most opportunities.

Command is a private system that sets itself up around your business. It reads your email, diary and client records, and the news that touches them, then tells you what’s coming, with the prep done.

Set up first for commercial agencies. Run another kind of business? Bring one past job, and we’ll tell you honestly whether Command fits.

01 · The edge

Everyone has the same AI now. The edge is what only you know.

The news, the portals and the chatbots are the same for everyone, on the same morning. Your history with each client isn’t. Neither is what’s in your inbox, or how well you read your market. Command works from that, and it works early.

Everyone gets

  1. The RBA’s decision, at 2:30 on the day
  2. The same listings, on the same portals
  3. A retailer’s announcement on the ASX
  4. A chatbot that knows the internet

Only you have

  1. Which of your landlords lease to that retailer
  2. Which of your vendors are on variable loans
  3. What Priya told you she wanted, in August
  4. A system that knows your business

02 · Two Tuesdays

Be across all of it, without being on call for all of it. On the left, a good agent having a normal, flat-out day. On the right, the same day with Command. Move through it.

Owner types

Most software is built for everyone. Command sets itself up around you.

In your first week, you answer twelve questions about how you run things. Command works out what kind of owner you are, and changes what it shows you first, how much detail it gives and when it interrupts.

  1. The Dealmaker

    Runs on

    People and timing

    Command leads with

Who to ring today, and why

  2. The Operator

    Runs on

    Systems and cash

    Command leads with

What’s due, what’s late, and cash for the next 30 days

  3. The Strategist

    Runs on

    Markets and position

    Command leads with

What moved, who it touches, and the odds

  4. The Guardian

    Runs on

    Rules and risk

    Command leads with

04 · The odds

$1.4m for 88 Smith St: about 1 in 10. Yield decides it.

Before it gives you odds, it runs them 20,000 times.

A vendor asks whether $1.4m is realistic. That conversation deserves better than a gut feel. This is the model Command uses for that question, running in your browser. Change the numbers and run it.

InputLowLikelyHigh
Net rent, a year
Yield, %
Vacancy, %

What would change the answer

The same model as Command’s Numbers screen: each path’s value is the rent after vacancy, divided by the yield, with every input drawn from its range. Your browser uses its own random numbers, so the last digits can differ from Command’s. The inputs are an example. This isn’t a valuation or an appraisal, and it isn’t advice to buy or sell.

Command answers these the same way. The demo above runs the odds question.

    • Sell now, or hold and sell later?
    • What would the rent need to be to justify this price?
    • If yields widen half a point, which of my owners lose the most?

    05 · Its limits

    It won’t bluff you.

It tells you what it knows, what it’s guessing and what it can’t see. Sometimes the most useful thing it does is hold back, and say why.

    • Sends nothing without your OK.
    • Shows where every answer came from.
    • Says “I can’t see that right now” instead of guessing.
    • Can’t accept an offer, change a price or sign anything.
    • Never sells your data.
    • When it gets something wrong, you’ll see that too. Misses stay on the record.

    Every new model

Every time AI gets better, Command gets better.

The labs build the engine. We build everything around it for one business: what it knows, what it watches, and what it’s allowed to do. When a better model arrives, we test it against our own set of real cases, and switch only when it scores better. You don’t switch, retrain or rebuild anything.

The smarter the engine, the more the brakes matter. Approvals, receipts and “best guess” labels come with every model.

    06 · Pricing

What it costs, written down before we start.

You pay for what gets done, written down before we start. Not for logins, seats or messages.

    1. Command

    How pricing works

    07 · Questions

    What owners ask us first.

If yours isn’t here, ask us. Better now than after you’ve signed.

Isn’t this just ChatGPT with a new name?

ChatGPT starts from nothing each time and only knows what you paste in. Command is built around one business, reads that business’s own records, keeps an eye out without being asked, and shows where every answer came from. It uses leading AI models underneath. What we build is everything around them that makes them useful and safe for you.

    What does it cost?

The first look is free. Command is $1,500 a month, Command Voice is $2,400 and Command Reach is $3,900. Set-up is $2,500, waived on annual terms and for founding clients. Prices exclude GST.

    What happens to my information?

Your records are stored in Australia. They’re seen by you, the people you approve, and our support team only when you ask for help. They’re never sold and never used to train AI models. Some AI processing happens overseas today. Our privacy policy will name every provider, and where.

    Will my clients know?

Your clients hear from you, the same as always. Command drafts; you send.

What if I want to stop?

You can stop when you choose, and your records go with you in a form you can use. If we ever stopped trading, you’d get them first.
